Prefab Kits vs. Manual Construction of an Arch

Don’t attempt the manual construction of an arch until you read this

If you’re sold on adding archways to your home (and why wouldn’t you be?), you’re now faced with a decision. You can either construct them yourself, hire someone to do it for you or buy prefabricated arch kits. If you don’t know the first thing about the construction of an arch, you’re down to just two choices: hire someone or go with a prefab kit. Let’s look at the options, shall we?

The Pros of a Prefab Arch Kit

Prefab arches couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is give us three simple dimensions and we’ll build the arches for you. There really isn’t much time spent waiting either. Your prefabricated kits will ship within five business days from the date you ordered them. You could be installing your arches in less than two weeks from when you made the decision to buy. How cool is that? Okay, so on to the next point: installation. You don’t have to know anything about the construction of an arch to be able to install a kit. All the hard work is done for you already. You just have to know how to hold a nail gun and use a measuring tape. If you can do those things, you can install one of our arches. Still, there’s nothing to say that you have to install the arches yourself. You can always hire a contractor, or even a handyman, to do the installation and the drywall for you. And there’s one more benefit to add to the list. Our prefabricated arch kits are about as close to perfect as you can get. They’ll always come within ¼” of your given measurements, so you’ll end up with a perfect curve every time. This is always important, but it’s especially important when you’re installing multiple archways in a home.

The Pros of Manual Construction of an Arch

If you know what you’re doing and can produce a high-quality product, you’ll get the bragging rights to the project. There is something satisfying about being able to say you built something from scratch. As you can clearly see, the benefits of installing a prefab arch kit are much greater than manual construction of an arch. And, although you do get the bragging rights when you’ve crafted the arch from scratch, you can also claim those bragging rights when you install a prefabricated arch. We won’t tell. The construction of an arch doesn’t have to be difficult. Simplify things with an archway kit.
