Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
All products sold by Archways & Ceilings are custom, made-to-order, or special-order products manufactured to customer specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except as specifically stated below.
Universal Arch Kits (UAKs) may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery provided the product is new, unused, unmodified, and in its original condition. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit. Any returned Universal Arch Kit that shows signs of use, modification, damage, installation, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund at Archways & Ceilings’ sole discretion.
Order cancellations may be subject to fees and restrictions. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding cancellations, cancellation fees, design fees, manufacturing costs, and shipping-related policies.
If a product or component has been manufactured incorrectly by Archways & Ceilings, please contact customer support at (855) ARCHPRO for review and replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, please note all damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery, take photographs of the damage, and email them to Support@ArchwaysAndCeilings.com. You may also call (855) ARCHPRO to speak with a support team member regarding replacement parts or freight claims.
