Return Policy

Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and in the archway, ceiling, and wall design kits we custom manufacture to your specifications. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

All of our archway, ceiling, and wall design kits we manufacture are specially fabricated for your unique project, and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

If a component of a kit has been made incorrectly, please contact customer support at 1-877-303-2263 ext 2 for a replacement.

If your custom kit arrives damaged, please make notes of the damage on the BOL at the time of delivery as well as acquire photo evidence and email it to Support@ArchwaysAndCeilings.com. Call 1-877-303-2263 ext 2 to speak with a support team member regarding replacement.

MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

All measurements provided for quotes and orders are your responsibility. Archways & Ceilings is not responsible for any errors in dimensions provided to us or entered by you online. Please take care to confirm your quote and order.

Orders in Design | 3D CAD Drawings

If you bought an archway, ceiling, or wall design kit and you "Requested a 3D CAD Drawing", the design fee associated with that kit is non-refundable upon us emailing you the drawings or the link to your drawings. At this point, you have the ability to request changes. However, if you decide to cancel your order, we're happy to refund your order minus any and all design fees associated with your kits.

CHANGE ORDERS

In the event you need to make a change to your order, please call 1-877-303-2263 ext 1 to speak with a sales team member. If the requested change happens prior to manufacturing, the change will be made along with any applicable refund or additional charges resulting in such change. A revised order confirmation and projected ship date will be emailed to you. If you request a change after manufacturing has begun, you’ll have the option to request that we stop manufacturing and account for any costs up to that point. You’ll be responsible for these costs along with any applicable refund or additional charges resulting in such change. A revised order confirmation and projected ship date will be emailed to you.
